YouGov is a company that conducts surveys.  Participants earn points for each survey they complete.  YouGov surveys typically are around 5 to 20 minutes long and can earn 250 to 1000 points depending on length.

YouGov surveys tend to be about politics and public affair issues, but there are also surveys about products, brands, and other general interests.

Once you accumulate enough points, the points can be redeemed for rewards.  The rewards include cash through direct deposit with your bank or gift cards.  There are gift cards from Amazon, Target, Best Buy, and many others.
